Human-scaled communities where homes, daily services and mobility connect naturally — built for how people actually live.

Developed by Hondeh Group
Master-Planned by Lead 8

Across approximately 930 hectares, Park City is planned as a new model of city development in Zimbabwe—a complete urban ecosystem bringing high-quality living, productive enterprise, education, healthcare and future-ready urban systems together within one long-term masterplan.

Human-scaled communities where homes, daily services and mobility connect naturally — built for how people actually live.

Green spaces, water systems and open landscape are woven into the fabric of the township — not added after the fact.

Future-ready infrastructure, digital systems and mobility planning connect people, services and operations into one coherent urban platform.

A long-horizon township planned for durability, stewardship and operational value, with energy, water and infrastructure decisions made for generations.

Park City is positioned northwest of central Harare, close to the emerging New City at Mount Hampden. With Zimbabwe’s New Parliament established in the area, Mount Hampden is developing as an important new administrative centre, placing Park City within one of the capital region’s significant long-term growth areas.
Park City brings together the places people need to build a home, learn, work, do business and remain connected through different stages of life—all within one integrated urban environm
From childhood and education to work, family life and retirement, Park City is planned to support different stages of life within one connected environment. A green spine and connected landscape network place nature, recreation and wellbeing at the heart of that experience.

Retail, services, workplaces and shared public spaces are planned to form an active urban centre—where people can meet, work, access what they need and participate in the life of the city as it grows.

Commercial, logistics and light-industrial areas are identified in the masterplan, giving Park City the potential to support productive activity alongside urban life and create space for businesses, skills and future employment to grow over time.

Eight distinct clusters. One connected city. Each district is designed for a specific way of living, working or growing — together forming a complete urban environment at township scale.

Low-density homes, townhouses and serviced living spaces form a safe, comfortable and multi-generational foundation for daily life.

Retail, dining, daily services, offices and public gathering spaces create everyday convenience and urban vitality.

A platform for light industry, logistics, warehousing, energy services and business operations — supporting jobs and regional economic activity.

Research, applied technology, labs and industry collaboration — supporting future opportunities in agriculture, energy, water, biotechnology and smart urban systems.

From formal education to lifelong learning, this hub supports families, youth and professional talent development across all life stages.

A secure, convenient and high-quality living environment for expatriates, institutional users, executives and international families.

Parks, water systems, trails, sports and wellness spaces form the green foundation for daily wellbeing and long-term community value.

Events, outdoor theatres, hospitality, lakeside spaces and cultural streets bring activity, social connection and public life to the township.
